Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Executive Assistant to provide critical support to one of our clients in San Francisco, California. You will play a key role in enabling the organization to operate efficiently and effectively by managing priorities, communication, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, managing communications and prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle complex calendar management, travel arrangements, and logistical planning for executive meetings and events.
- Prepare meeting materials, including drafting agendas, capturing detailed notes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate internal and external communications, including outreach to external partners and stakeholders.
- Organize special projects, office planning, event coordination, and confidential initiatives as needed.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize team productivity.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop strategies to address them.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism while managing sensitive information.
- 1-3 years of experience in executive support, operations, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling travel, and coordinating logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A proactive mindset focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Prior experience supporting executives or leadership teams is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
