You ll be caring for newborns in a Level II Special Care Nursery , supporting infants who require specialized but community-based care allowing families to remain close during a critical time. The program is actively progressing toward a Level III NICU designation , offering a rewarding opportunity to be part of a growing and forward-moving neonatal service.
Coverage Dates (24-hour shifts 7a 7a):

February: 1 2
Coverage needed ASAP with ongoing dates in 2026
Practice Highlights:
Level II NICU and newborn nursery coverage
24-hour shifts with rounding plus call from home or hotel
Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team including pediatricians, RNs, respiratory therapists, and neonatal nutritionists

Requirements:
Board Certified in Neonatology
Active TX license
Clinically active within the past year
Minimum 6 months of neonatal clinical experience
