Emergency Medicine Physician

Mandatory Requirements:

• Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour - REQUIRED
• OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC
• COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - REQUIRED
• MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
• MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
• NRP - REQUIRED

Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified

State License Requirements:

• Ohio

Additional License Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, Board Certified
