Duration: ASAP and ongoing
Schedule: M-F 8s, 10s, 12s available - no call or weekends.
Cases: general, ortho, GYN, urology, endo/GI, ENT, cosmetic, neuro/spine, pain, cardiology, vascular, radiology, OB.
Credentialing: 60 days
Care team: own cases and loose supervision of CRNAs.
Needed licenses and certifications: TX license, ACLS, BLS
