Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using a scanning device.
- Package items securely and correctly for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
