Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders, preparing them for shipment, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using RF scanners.
• Verify product information and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
• Stage completed orders for outbound shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the fulfillment area.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory counts and stock checks as required.
• Operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Contribute to overall team productivity and efficiency in a dynamic logistics setting.
• This role involves continuous standing, walking, bending, and requires frequent lifting of items up to 35 lbs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or picking role is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand order instructions and product labels.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods and regular lifting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Understanding of warehouse safety practices and the critical importance of PPE.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including occasional overtime.
