Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and compare packing slips to materials received.
- Put away stock in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles are followed.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently based on customer orders or production needs.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and securely packaged.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, adhering to all **safety** protocols and procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or **logistics** experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including **lifting** up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to adhering to all **safety** guidelines and using required **PPE**.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
