Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse inventory based on order specifications.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS to track inventory movement and order status.
- Inspect products for defects before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy goals for order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation and general warehouse area.
- Follow all Safety regulations and wear all required PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Report any stock discrepancies or equipment issues to supervision.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment, picking/packing, or a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory control processes.
- Understanding of Safety best practices within a logistics environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Must wear all required PPE.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
