Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Our San Francisco, California distribution center is looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You'll be part of a fast-paced logistics operation where efficiency, accuracy, and Safety are paramount. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic who are committed to providing excellent service. Your contribution is key to our success in meeting customer expectations.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from shelves based on order tickets.
• Package items securely and efficiently for shipping.
• Inspect products for quality control before packing.
• Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to Safety standards.
• Accurately label packages with shipping information.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Capable of Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is essential.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols is a must.
