Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Join our thriving fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in San Francisco, California. This fast-paced role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and efficiently. You will be involved in all aspects of order processing, from picking and packing to shipping, playing a vital part in our e-commerce logistics operations.
Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
• Pick items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
• Package orders securely to prevent damage during shipping.
• Verify order accuracy, ensuring the correct items and quantities are shipped.
• Label packages for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company policies and safety regulations.
• Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for specific tasks.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals and support our logistics network.
• Must be capable of consistent lifting and moving of products.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive lifting for extended periods.
• Comfortable with lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player attitude with a focus on achieving collective goals.
