Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Fulfillment Associate in our Dallas, Texas facility. This position plays a crucial role in our daily **Logistics** operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking, packing, kitting, and shipping orders, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders from inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming goods.
• Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct packaging and labeling.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and report any discrepancies.
• Operate manual and powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and **Safety**-conscious work environment.
• Properly wear and utilize all required **PPE**.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
• Understand and follow **Logistics** procedures for all warehouse activities.
• Perform tasks involving **Lifting** and moving of merchandise safely.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **Lifting** up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced **Logistics** environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse **Safety** protocols and **PPE**.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime if needed.
