Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse stock.
- Process and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, updating systems accordingly.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies related to logistics and warehouse operations.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong understanding of fulfillment processes and warehouse safety.
