Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring efficient handling and storage of goods. You will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, stocking, and fulfilling orders with accuracy and speed. A strong commitment to **safety** protocols and the proper use of **PPE** is paramount. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic warehouse equipment and be comfortable with physically demanding tasks, including frequent **lifting** and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
  • Unpack, inspect, and stock merchandise in designated storage areas.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all **safety** guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to **PPE**.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily targets.
  • Report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Knowledge of **safety** procedures and **PPE** is essential. Familiarity with **logistics** operations is a plus. Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role involves significant **lifting** and requires physical stamina.
