Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Picker/Packer to join our dynamic logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is crucial to our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves, accurately picking them according to order specifications, and then carefully packing them for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount in this position to minimize errors and maintain customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other warehouse associates to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of the distribution center. Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols is a must. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy. Familiarity with scanning equipment and inventory management systems is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and possess good communication skills. Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is highly desirable. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves.
