- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order slips.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packing.
- Utilize scanning equipment to track inventory and order accuracy.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, ensuring safe usage at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Meet daily picking and packing productivity targets.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding any inventory discrepancies or issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Commitment to following all Safety protocols and wearing required PPE.
- Excellent time management skills.
