As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key contributor to our daily logistics operations, handling tasks such as receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming inventory, verifying against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times within designated areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure smooth logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards.
- Willingness and ability to wear required PPE.
