Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse areas.
- Accurately pick items based on order sheets.
- Pack items safely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare orders for outbound logistics and load delivery vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to perform physical labor, including regular Lifting.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be comfortable wearing required PPE.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
