Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Our growing facility in Raleigh, North Carolina, is looking for an efficient Picker/Packer to join our warehouse operations. The Picker/Packer is essential for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting productivity targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
• Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
• Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order fulfillment.
• Assist with receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Use appropriate PPE when handling different types of products.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily shipping goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a picking or packing role is highly desirable.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency in using hand-held scanners and order fulfillment technology.
• Capable of Lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong understanding of Safety protocols in a warehouse setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of Logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
