Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify order details against packed items to ensure accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, prioritizing Safety .
- Wear required PPE , such as safety glasses and gloves.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity targets.
- Perform tasks involving regular Lifting and moving of products.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in picking and packing or a similar warehouse role is desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
- Ability to perform Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Dedicated to maintaining a safe work environment.
