Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
- Identify and report damaged or expired stock.
- Assist with receiving and put-away processes.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with basic warehouse tasks, including some lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment, including adherence to PPE guidelines.
