Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated Picker/Packer for our busy warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently assembled and prepared for shipment. You will be responsible for selecting items from inventory, verifying order details, and packing them securely for transit. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and prioritizes Safety above all else. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products based on customer orders and item locations.
• Verify picked items against order slips to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup.
• Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Strictly adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
• Contribute to the overall success of our logistics and fulfillment operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in picking, packing, or warehouse roles is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and handle moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety standards and practices.
• Willingness to wear and properly use all required PPE.
