Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma! We are seeking reliable and efficient individuals to play a key role in our e-commerce logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your contribution is vital to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. We emphasize a safe and productive work environment, requiring strict adherence to all safety guidelines and the use of necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
• Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
• Receive and stock incoming inventory, verifying counts and identifying discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies as needed.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Familiarity with basic logistics and inventory control.
• Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
