Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse stock to fulfill customer orders.
- Utilize scanning equipment and pick lists to ensure correct item and quantity selection.
- Inspect picked items for any damage or discrepancies.
- Transport picked items to packing stations or designated staging areas.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of picking zones.
- Follow all warehouse Safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily picking targets and contribute to overall operational efficiency.
- Support inventory control efforts as needed.
- Must be comfortable with regular Lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or order picking experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and scanning technology.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, stoop, and perform frequent Lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
