Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret picking lists and order forms.
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse storage locations.
- Use RF scanners to track picked items and update inventory.
- Ensure accuracy of picked items against order specifications.
- Pack items securely for shipment, adhering to packaging guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support overall logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Experience with order picking or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive Lifting.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
