Picker/Packer

Job Summary:
Become a vital part of our St. Louis, Missouri operations as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented individuals to accurately pick and pack products for customer orders. This role is essential for our fulfillment process, ensuring that our clients receive the correct items in excellent condition. You will be responsible for reading order tickets, locating the specified items within the warehouse, and carefully packing them for shipment, ensuring they are protected during transit. Accuracy and speed are key to success in this position. You must also be committed to maintaining a safe working environment, adhering strictly to all safety procedures and wearing required PPE. This position involves consistent Lifting and requires physical mobility. You will be an integral link in our logistics chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Accurately picking items based on order details.
• Scanning items to ensure order accuracy.
• Carefully packaging products, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
• Labeling packages for shipment.
• Processing orders for shipping carriers.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation.
• Assisting with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Adhering to all warehouse safety policies and procedures.
