Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order lists using scanning equipment.
• Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
• Carefully pack items into appropriate boxes or containers, ensuring adequate protection during transit.
• Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
• Adhere to all **safety** procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, such as restocking or cycle counting.
• Handle products carefully to prevent damage and ensure order accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets.
• Good manual dexterity and coordination.
• Willingness to wear **PPE** such as safety vests and gloves.
• Ability to perform tasks involving standing, walking, and **lifting** up to 30 lbs.
• Basic understanding of warehouse **logistics** is beneficial.
