Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory locations according to order sheets.
- Verify product codes and quantities before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring protection during shipping.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for dispatch.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Operate manual and automated warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear mandated PPE.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for the duration of the shift.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively.
