Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our operations in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role encompasses a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will be responsible for handling inventory accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and possesses a strong understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and grow within the logistics industry. We emphasize safety, and all associates are required to use appropriate PPE.
Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy.
• Put away received goods into designated storage locations.
• Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, etc.) is beneficial.
• Understanding of basic logistics and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
