Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and organization of the warehouse.
- Implement and enforce all Safety policies and procedures.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with Safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed and ensure regular maintenance.
- Manage and resolve daily operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare operational reports.
- Ensure all staff consistently use required PPE.
- Oversee tasks that may involve significant Lifting, ensuring safe practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency in WMS software and inventory management principles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to manage a team and motivate performance.
- Familiarity with material handling equipment operation.
