Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product details against order information.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for safe transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
- Implement and follow safe lifting techniques to prevent injuries.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels accurately.
- Basic math skills for verification.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Awareness of warehouse safety standards and the use of PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of logistics flow and warehouse operations is beneficial.
