Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order lists and RF scanner instructions.
- Inspect picked items for quality and damage before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping, ensuring all carrier requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company **safety** policies and procedures, including the use of **PPE**.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy standards.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support **logistics** flow.
- Be mindful of **lifting** requirements and practice proper techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret order pick lists accurately.
- Familiarity with RF scanning devices is a plus.
- Capable of **lifting** up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
