Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report any issues.
• Sort, label, and store inventory in designated locations accurately.
• Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock takes.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Safety guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
• Utilize appropriate PPE as required by safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret labels, manifests, and instructions.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Willingness to wear all required PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Commitment to workplace Safety and following all safety protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
