Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

Your duties will encompass a wide range of warehouse activities, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential, requiring diligent adherence to all Safety guidelines and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role involves significant physical activity, including frequent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow all Safety protocols and procedures.
• Utilize required PPE consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily Logistics goals.
• Identify and report any Safety concerns or maintenance issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to handle frequent Lifting and moving of goods.
• Understanding of basic Logistics and warehouse functions.
• Strong commitment to workplace Safety.
• Capability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to wear required PPE.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
