Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
Our Los Angeles, California warehouse is seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team! This role is essential for the efficient operation of our logistics and distribution network. You will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming goods, stocking shelves, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Accurately stock inventory into designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
• Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
• Process outbound shipments, including labeling and preparing necessary documentation for logistics.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
• Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including mandatory use of PPE.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use scanning devices.
• Knowledge of warehouse Safety practices is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
