- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, providing guidance and training.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions for discrepancies.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and Safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Manage shipping and receiving schedules, coordinating with carriers and vendors.
- Implement and enforce proper handling of materials, including safe Lifting techniques.
- Ensure all team members utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational data.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to improve performance.
