Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily operations at our Indianapolis, Indiana facility. The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee inventory, manage staff, and ensure the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse. This leadership role is critical to maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity in our logistics center. You will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse processes and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee inventory, manage staff, and ensure the efficient flow of goods within the warehouse. This leadership role is critical to maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity in our logistics center. You will be instrumental in optimizing warehouse processes and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting practices.
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in WMS software and other relevant technologies.
- Ability to perform moderate lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, including PPE and safe lifting techniques.
