Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. A commitment to following Safety protocols and supporting the team is necessary. Experience in a Logistics or distribution setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify picked items against order specifications for accuracy in product and quantity.
- Stage picked items in designated areas for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring aisles are clear and products are stored properly.
- Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed to access items.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or product damage to a supervisor.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE .
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, such as stocking or replenishment.
- Practice safe Lifting techniques when handling products.
- Contribute to meeting daily order fulfillment targets.
