Responsibilities:
- Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists.
- Use RF scanners to ensure accuracy and track inventory.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Label packages accurately for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety standards and procedures.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Meet performance targets for picking and packing.
- Perform duties involving regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order details and pick lists.
- Familiarity with scanning technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Willingness to follow safety rules and use PPE.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform frequent Lifting.
