Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect picked items for any defects or damages before packing.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Select appropriate packing materials based on product type and size.
- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including proper Lifting methods.
- Wear and maintain all required personal protective equipment (PPE ).
- Assist in maintaining the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret pick lists and item locations accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Capacity to work at a steady pace in a high-volume environment.
- Willingness to comply with all Safety standards and wear required PPE .
- Physical ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse Logistics is beneficial.
