Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Miami, Florida. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our distribution center. This includes receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring that products are handled with care. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain our reputation for excellent service in the logistics industry.
Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
• Inspect incoming goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
• Stock received items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, as trained, to move and transport materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as required.
• Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy Lifting throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with basic inventory procedures.
• Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate PPE.
• Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
