Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outgoing shipments.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
- Perform general warehouse duties as required to support logistics flow.
- Handle materials with care, utilizing proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
