Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required/provided).
- Perform regular inventory checks and help maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety protocols and guidelines.
- Load and unload delivery trucks.
- Report any damaged goods or operational issues to supervisors.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory tracking.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Good manual dexterity and coordination.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety boots and high-visibility vests.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety procedures.
