Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse associates.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
- Ensure efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
- Implement and enforce all safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Monitor and manage inventory accuracy and levels.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards.
- Manage shipping and receiving schedules to meet deadlines.
- Maintain records of warehouse activities and prepare performance reports.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, including PPE.
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other relevant software.
