Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure efficient workflow and optimal space utilization.
- Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock integrity.
- Enforce all Safety policies and procedures, ensuring a secure work environment.
- Implement and maintain operational excellence in logistics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Manage equipment maintenance and warehouse upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Verify proper usage of PPE and adherence to safe Lifting techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Commitment to Safety and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including occasional heavy Lifting.
- Must be capable of enforcing PPE requirements and Safety protocols.
