Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:
Become an essential Warehouse Worker for our logistics operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role involves a variety of critical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. We are looking for reliable and energetic individuals who can contribute to our team's efficiency and accuracy. Working in a dynamic warehouse setting, you will handle diverse products and work collaboratively to meet operational goals. Safety is a top priority; all employees must strictly adhere to safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE and safe lifting practices. Regular lifting of items is a core part of this job.
Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
• Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Pack orders with care and attention to detail.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety rules and regulations, including proper lifting techniques.
• Wear all required PPE while on the warehouse floor.
• Support the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Good communication skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety and the importance of PPE.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
