Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Store products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper handling and rotation.
- Pick items accurately for customer orders using order lists or scanners.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Stage completed orders for outgoing delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks responsibly.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the consistent use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and wear required PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory principles.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is beneficial.
