Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets and pick lists.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and confirm picks.
- Verify product details and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to the packing or shipping stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Wear and use required PPE correctly.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as directed, including occasional lifting .
- Contribute to team efforts to meet productivity goals in our logistics facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick lists and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability for regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to follow all safety instructions and wear necessary PPE .
- Familiarity with logistics processes is a plus.
