Order Picker

Job Summary:
We are hiring an Order Picker for our rapidly expanding logistics center in Provo, Utah. The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role is critical to our fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are picked correctly and prepared for shipment in a timely manner. You will work within a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE, is paramount. Your contribution to our logistics success is highly valued.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from designated locations in the warehouse based on order lists or scanner technology.
• Pack picked items securely and appropriately for shipment.
• Verify picked items against order specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate pallet jacks and other order picking equipment.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
• Report any inventory discrepancies or damages immediately.
• Meet or exceed established productivity and accuracy goals.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support logistics flow.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse picking role is advantageous.
• Ability to read and understand pick lists and order details.
• Experience with RF scanners or other warehouse technology is a plus.
• Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good physical stamina to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Understanding of warehouse safety best practices.
• Reliable and motivated to contribute to our logistics team.
