In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory through regular cycle counts, discrepancy investigation, and data analysis. You will ensure that our warehouse management system accurately reflects stock levels, manage stock rotation, and implement best practices for inventory control. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of warehouse operations. Your contribution is vital to optimizing our supply chain and minimizing losses. This role involves occasional Lifting of stock to perform checks. We prioritize a safe working environment and provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), along with comprehensive training on all Safety procedures. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to minimize obsolescence.
  • Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate stock movements.
  • Develop and maintain reports on inventory levels and accuracy.
  • Identify and report damaged or expired goods.
  • Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and cost reduction.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Strong understanding of WMS and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving occasional Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
