Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain the accuracy of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to minimize obsolescence.
- Coordinate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure accurate stock movements.
- Develop and maintain reports on inventory levels and accuracy.
- Identify and report damaged or expired goods.
- Contribute to overall warehouse efficiency and cost reduction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Strong understanding of WMS and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Ability to perform tasks involving occasional Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
