Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) to minimize obsolescence.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Develop and implement procedures to improve inventory accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or overages.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve inventory-related issues.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and ensure the safe handling of materials, using appropriate PPE .
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS software and other inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including some Lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of warehouse Logistics and best practices.
- Familiarity with using required PPE .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
